Welcome to Leaf Love. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. Who We Are Leaf Love is a UK-based small business offering thoughtfully curated houseplants and plant accessories. We value sustainability, quality, and customer care.

2. Ordering from Us • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. • Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. 

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not mean the order is accepted—only once we dispatch the item is the order contract confirmed.

3. Payment We accept major debit cards and secure payments via [Stripe, PayPal, or your chosen provider]. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping & Delivery • We ship to UK only. • Delivery times may vary, especially for living plants. We aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days, but delays may occur due to weather or courier disruptions. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your Leaf Love order. If your plant arrives damaged or unwell, we’ll make it right. 

Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns on live plants. However, we offer a 5-day plant guarantee: if your plant arrives damaged or deteriorates within 5 days of delivery, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances. To report a problem, email us within 5 days of delivery at leafloveshopuk@gmail.com.

6. Sustainability Promise We often reuse clean, sturdy packaging from local shops (including boxes from delis or grocers) to reduce waste. Your plant may arrive in a humble box—but with a whole lot of love.

7. Intellectual Property All content on our website—including text, photos, and logos—is the property of Leaf Love. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without permission. 

8. Liability & Plant Guarantee We want your plants to thrive. That’s why we offer a 5-day plant guarantee from the date of delivery. If your plant doesn’t look healthy or show signs of thriving within those first few days, please reach out. We guarantee that your plant will arrive healthy and remain in good condition for at least 5 days after arrival—if cared for according to our guidance.

Please note: Plant health can be affected by environmental conditions (light, temperature, watering, etc.). We’re not responsible for damage caused by improper care or environmental stress outside your control, but we’re always happy to help troubleshoot! .

9. Privacy We handle your data with care. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect and use your information.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted here, with the updated effective date.

Our new customer offer ( “10% off your first order”) is available only on your first purchase with Leaf Love.

 

The offer is strictly limited to one use per customer and is not valid on subsequent orders.

To prevent misuse, we may use information including, but not limited to, customer name, email address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, payment method and device information to determine eligibility for promotional offers.

Where we reasonably believe that multiple accounts or orders have been created to obtain a new customer discount more than once, or that a promotional offer has otherwise been misused, we reserve the right to:

* remove the promotional discount;

* cancel the order before dispatch;

* refuse future use of promotional offers; and/or

* limit or suspend the relevant customer account.

If an order is cancelled for misuse of a promotional offer, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

Promotions

 

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:

* are non-transferable;

* cannot be exchanged for cash;

* cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;

* cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated; and

* may be amended, withdrawn or suspended at any time.

 

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from Leaf Love. An order confirmation email simply acknowledges receipt of your order and does not mean your order has been accepted.

A legally binding contract between you and Leaf Love is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for any lawful reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, suspected misuse of promotional offers, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Pricing Errors

We make every effort to ensure that prices, promotions and product information are accurate. However, if an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and provide a full refund.
