Return & Refund Policy
We care about happy plants and happy people. Every Leaf Love plant is hand-picked and packed with care. But if something doesn’t look or feel right when your order arrives, we’re here to make it right, with a few simple steps. To start a claim, please contact us within 5days of receiving your plant.
We’ll need:
- Clear photos of all plants you’re concerned about
- Photos of the box and all visible shipping labels
- Both close-up and wider shots so we can fully understand the issue
- Please hold onto the original packaging — we may ask for the plant(s) to be returned for review.
A few things to know:
- Claims made after 5 days of delivery can’t be accepted
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and arrive in the same condition they were received
- Plants that have been repotted, trimmed, or otherwise altered can’t be returned
- We can’t take responsibility for issues caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries
- Our guarantee covers visible damage to the foliage of the plant. Minor imperfections, including marks on stems or natural variations, are considered normal and not covered under our policy.
A note from nature: No two plants are exactly the same — and that’s part of the magic. Slight differences in color, shape, or texture are completely natural and to be expected.
Once your plant is in your care, its wellbeing depends on the love you give it.
We’re always here to support your plant journey, but can’t offer refunds for damage caused by over- or under-watering, light issues, or other care concerns.
