Hoya carnosa ‘Freckles Splash’ is a charming wax vine with thick, glossy almond-shaped leaves that are splashed with silvery-white freckles. Under bright, indirect light, the “splash” becomes more pronounced — the silvery flecks are actually tiny air pockets in the leaves. Occasionally, this Hoya produces clusters of pale pink, star-shaped flowers with red centers, and it’s a rebloomer, meaning you should not cut off the flower spikes after blooming.

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Too much direct sunlight can scorch the leaves, but light too low may reduce the freckling. 
• Watering: Let the soil dry out somewhat between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot. 
• Humidity: Enjoys moderate to high humidity, which supports healthy growth and vibrant foliage. 
• Temperature: Ideal temperature range is around 18–29°C
Avoid cold drafts. 
• Soil: Use a well-draining, airy mix — something like orchid bark + perlite + coco coir or similar. 
• Fertiliser: Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser (diluted) during the growing season; reduce or stop in winter.
