Hoya vangviengiensis is a distinctive species known for its thick, oval, semi-succulent leaves and upright to arching growth habit. The foliage is smooth, glossy, and usually mid-green, sometimes showing faint speckling. When mature, it produces clusters of large, pale pink to cream flowers with a sweet fragrance.
