Scindapsus ‘Rubicon’ is a show-stopping tropical foliage plant prized for its dramatic dark green leaves with striking red undertones. Its foliage emerges glossy and dark, often with a subtle metallic sheen, which deepens as leaves mature. Juvenile leaves tend to be smaller and darker, while mature leaves may develop slight fenestrations or elongation, depending on growing conditions.
 
Light:
Bright, indirect light brings out the deep red tones in leaves.
Tolerates moderate light; too little light may reduce coloration and slow growth.
Watering:
Allow the top 2–3 cm of soil to dry between waterings.
Overwatering can cause root rot; under-watering may cause leaf curling.
Soil:
Well-draining potting mix; ideal mix: peat or coco coir + perlite + orchid bark.
Ensure drainage holes in the pot.
Temperature:
Thrives at 18–27 °C 
Protect from temperatures below 15 °C  and cold drafts.
Humidity:
Prefers 50–80% humidity, though adaptable to normal indoor levels.
